INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME  
The program incorporates unlimited individual counseling for the participant, Individual Assessment Centre and active promotion of the dismissed employee on the local work market. Assessment Centre  defines the strengths and weaknesses of candidates competencies, to indicate the areas that should be developed or point out a new direction in pursuit of new career options.

GROUP PROGRAMME
Solution recommended to specialist and executive positions. The program comprises individual consulting in sessions, organizing a Centre of  Professional Activation  giving the support and assistance to the participants in the areas of necessary documents, available job offers in the region and a possibility to contact the consultant.  We also present a proposition of organizing the process of internal communication with both the dismissed and the remaining employees. The program also includes the active promotion of dismissed employees on the local market.
